Web page Scroll bar stops following mouse, even while mouse-down button pressed.

1. Left click to scroll vertical scroll bar 2. Scroll up down a bit. 3.The scroll bar then freezes in position, ie moving mouse around, but the scrollbar is 'stuck' and the window does NOT scroll. 4.Release the mousedown, then click the scroll bar, then it works again (until next freeze).

The freeze happens very quickly, ie within 1-2 seconds.

Firefox 18 has been released a few days ago.

There has been this bug (not sure if this can still happen in Firefox 18)
