I've used about:config to keep the address bar at the top of the browser. I also want tabs ABOVE BOOKMARKS simultaneously. Is this possible?

I've used about:config in Firefox 19 to keep the bars arrangement like so:

[Address bar]
[Bookmarks bar]
[Tabs]

I was wondering, is there any way, even through addons etc, to make it like this:

[Address bar]
[Tabs]
[Bookmarks bar]

That is, to move tabs under the address bar but above the bookmarks bar? I'm still customizing so I feel like I may have missed something, but it'd be much more comfortable having tabs in the middle.

Oops, those brackets are meant to be like this:

[Address bar] [Bookmarks bar]

[Tabs]

[Address bar] [Tabs]

[Bookmarks bar]
