My company uses Firefox as its web browser. We also use it to access a web-server based industrial controls HMI (Rockwell Automation ViewPoint). If there is no interaction with the web page, eventually it goes stale and blanks out. If you hit Refresh (F5) it comes back. I'd like to set it up so it automatically refreshes since it is displaying important information, even when there is no user interaction. We want to use the web page like a status display. Any ideas? Couldn't find anything in Firefox like Internet Explorer's Refresh Interval setting.

You can look at this extension:

It doesn't allow for specifying the URL. You have to manually turn on the refresh for every browser session.
