Hi qosx870, Can you please provide a screenshot or an example of this. It seems very confusing and odd, the exact steps and when this started to happen would be helpful to help further investigate what you mean.

If it is only for certain emails, please see where these emails are coming from and see if this is an issue with the mail provider. Unless you have an add on defining this, this seems very odd.

highlighted lines are email addresses or characters appended to "subject" line and have nothing to do with the sender, the "from" section.

Does it happen in the webmail as well as the mail client? https://www.ibackup.com/professional/.../prof_schd_new.jpg is that option selected. It is also possible to check the original email format.

  1. three line menu on one of the messages
  2. View > Message Source
  3. See if you see any odd text in the Subject: blah blah

If the subject is the same as it is in that coloumn, then it may be how that ibackup notification is generated. If it is different in webmail, you can check the ips in the headers to see if they are the same to determine if it has been tampered with. That is all I got.
