Location of Profile Folder Disappears

I looked up everyday in my Mac to locate firefox browsing history which was supposed to be located in the path ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/. Firefox folder is not found anymore. I want to locate places.sqlite file (browsing history) so I can do a backup.

Enclosed is the screenshot of library folder and application support folder and the profile folder does not exist.

Please help me locate the profile folder so I can back up these files. I also like to find them in my Time Machine back up as well.
