Firefox Lite provides recommended news curated by Dailyhunt and gathers user data without any personal identifiers to improve the personalized news experience:
To enable/disable the recommended news from Firefox Lite:
- Open the Firefox Lite app.
- Tap the News
icon.
- Click the gear icon to access the news preference page.
- At the bottom of the page, click the toggle to turn on/off the recommended news feature.
- After clicking the toggle, you will see a dialog confirming the changes. Click “YES” to confirm and turn the feature on/off.
