It is hard to say without knowing the website and the keyboard that you are using.

You could try the Google keyboard, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.inputmethod.latin

I'm already using the Google keyboard; it's the only keyboard installed. Also wouldn't both Firefox and Chrome use the same keyboard? Here's the company's website: http://www.unanet.com/timesheet-software
