I'm trying to export my saved login data. When I select export data, a popup opens asking for my Firefox password. After entering the password, it indicates the password is not correct. I've reset the password with the same response.

That would be an OS authentication password (not sure how this works on macOS) that is asked when you haven't set the Primary Password. You can temporarily set the Primary Password to be able and use that instead to export the logins if you can't get this to work.
