In a foolish attempt to quickly reorganize, I moved a VITAL folder from Local Folders to a n EMail Account folder. I have done this a couple of times before over the years without problems but never with this large of a folder. Foolishly, I trusted the process and DID NOT DO A BACKUP first. (You would think I would have learned after 40+ years not to trust past experience, only Backups.) After the move, the original folder remains but is empty and the new folder contains less than 95% of the original contents. Is there ANY recover process available? The old Thunderbird used to just tag deleted and moved contents until you compacted the data so you could manually recover. Does such an option exist? Any ideas or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciate as this is a folder containing communications associated with a Non-Profit for which I am the Chair. Client mode is off-line and all mail is downloaded from the Server at each check so the Mail Server is not an option. Thanks in advance for any morsels of wisdom... Besides BACKUP!
