Connecting to an SSL site, getting this certificate error. opening the same site with IE or Chrome work without issue. Site has confirmed with Geotrust that new certificate has been installed properly on site with correct cross chain certs.

Are you using Citrix?

If you do then you need to contact their support on how to add missing certificates to fix this problem.
