hi,after the installation of a theme in my tb nebula, i see it above, but all my mails, all tb , have a black underground.i tried a few others themes , and its always the black underground. Why does a theme interfere in the background? how can i install a theme that i can see only above, without making the background?

I have two Outlook addresses which appear identical in their settings. One address receives and sends mail perfectly. The other receives no mail in its Inbox, does receive mail in Junk and can send mail perfectly. I have repaired the Inbox folder, compared settings with the account which works but can see no difference. The machine is a Windows 11 laptop and the problem has been ongoing for the past year. TB is currently running version 128. Any idea where I have gone wrong?

With the release of Firefox 133, I switched from the add-on Tree-sized tabs to the newly implemented Vertical tabs, and so far I really like the feature. Although, I was wondering if there was a way to reduce the width of the expanded sidebar? Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

Hello all, I was wondering if there is any reason why Thunderbird is reminding me like every other day of the "quick archiver" feature. In the general settings I have the "Thunderbird start page" disabled on launch but I still get the tab regularly informing me of the "new" feature. It annoys and I would like to turn it off. Any ideas? Many thanks! spamalot

Yet another sterling example of why change is usually bad. Why did Firefox, Google and other browsers (though don't know about Duck Duck Go) drop the 100 results per page option? I've always had that enabled and now that it was removed it makes searching extremely tedious and time wasting. Please offer a SIMPLE AND QUICK way to restore this option ASAP. Thank you.

Hello Can you offer push activation directly on all the folders of an e-mail address? When there are multiple sub-folders (for automatic sorting by filter under thuderbird PC), it's tedious. Thanks

Calendar data is correct in preview, but incorrect when editing

The dates in the preview (when I move the mouse over the calendar entry) are always correct. However, they differ from the entry when I click on Edit.

But it works for me when I delete cache.sqlite. However, I then delete the newer entry (which is displayed correctly in the preview).

Any ideas? Where does the preview data come from? Obviously from a different source than the data displayed in the edit view?

I want AI to ALWAYS open when opening the sidepanel. That's why you have a side panel... So how the ... do I STOP Firefox from always opening Bookmarks when the sidepanel is opened?

And No, it doesn't remember last saved choice.

And please fix the ... scaling problem with AI making users manually press UP ARROW to send the message instead of ENTER when the sidepanel is below 40% of the ... screen. This is highly ... annoying!

How do I remove the sidebar permanently. It is now as I said above about 2.5cm wide and growing! I want it gone and none of the solutions give any idea how to do this. The show/hide button only made the damn thing expand!

An import into the Thunderbird Android fails. The desktop app generates a total of 6 QR codes , the android app is unable to scan them. The QR Code generator on the phone works fine . The phone has Xiaomi HyperOS and android version is 14 UP1A.231006 007

There is a setting on Firefox that prevents me from responding to comments. I tried on another browser and do not have the same problem. Yahoo sends notifications that there was a response to my comment with a reply button. Although when pressing reply it is suppose dto take you to that comment and it does not. It takes you to the beginning of the comments. I have not changed any settings.

Firefox on my 2018 MacBook Pro started having issues downloading all file types after I disconnected Dropbox sync and backup. Each time I try to download a file, a failed message is displayed below the file name and type. The browser was using the downloads folder that was synced with Dropbox. After disconnecting Dropbox, I tried changing the downloads location, but the "Choose" button does not display a window. The result is the same whether the Always ask you where to save files is checked or not.

I have gone through the following steps trying to resolve this issue with no success.

1. I have reset/cleared any configuration setting found using about:config and browser.download.
2. I have launched Firefox in troubleshoot mode and tested downloads with no resolution.
3. I have uninstalled Firefox and installed a fresh copy from mozilla.org with no resolution.
4. I have set the downloads folder in Safari, but this did not provide a resolution. Downloads work as expected in Brave and Safari. The current downloads location is the Downloads directory on my iCloud Drive.

The second screenshot with the error attached in still referencing the Dropbox-connected Downloads folder. No other browsers are using this folder and the Dropbox app has been completely removed from my laptop.

I use Firefox for web development and need to be able to download various files throughout the day, so this has become very frustrating.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

When right-clicking, neither Languages nor Check Spelling is displayed in the context menu. The language pack and dictionary are activated. In the settings, the checkbox for "Check spelling as you type" is selected, and the current Firefox version (133) is in use. However, no spell check is performed. I don’t know how to adjust the settings so that the options are visible and selectable in the context menu. I would appreciate your help. Thanks so much!

I'm using Firefox 133 (64 bit) and just recently the down arrow on the right hand side is missing. I still have the up arrow. How do i get the down arrow back.

If I set manual retrieval in the settings for an account, it is still retrieved when I open TB. How can I make it so that it is not retrieved at all, as on the desktop version, but only when needed? In the desktop version, I press the F5 key,

Incoming emails show at the bottom of the Inbox instead of the top. If I click on another folder then click on Inbox it shows at the top like it should. It wasn't always like this, how can I fix this?

In Duolingo you can turn on/off the sound settings which include 'motivational' noises when you answer correctly. I find them annoying so have them off. I've been using Duolingo and Firefox together for years, no problem, then a couple of months ago these sound settings became ineffective i.e. permanently on even if turned off in Duolingo. I thought the problem was a bug in Duolingo until I loaded it from Microsoft Edge and there was no problem. The settings turned on and off. I'd prefer to carry on as I was before and just use Firefox. How can I fix this?
