I'm getting the (Error code: ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap) when opening HTTPS. I've followed the directions given in other questions and checked the SSL and TLS. I've also uninstalled an older version of Firefox and installed v29.0 so all setting are default. The computer is running Win7 enterprise.

Does this happen with all HTTPS connections?

Did you check the connection settings?

See "Firefox connection settings":
