I have four POP3 accounts and one IMAP. The main problem POP3 account's Inbox is at 3.8GB after emptying Trash and Compacting. I could not find any limits to folder size. I have started Archiving messages to a different folder to reduce Inbox size. I am unable to Forward eMails (even though it looks like the eMails are Forwarded) from two problem POP3 accounts (the second account's Inbox is at about 19MB) to only certain eMail addresses. I also cannot Forward As Attachment either from the problem POP3 accounts to the certain eMail addresses. For other eMail addresses Forwarding works properly from the problem POP3 accounts. I am able to Send eMails from the two problem POP3 accounts to the certain eMail addresses correctly. Don't know if a complete reinstall would be of benefit or not since the problem POP3 accounts work correctly when communicating with other eMail addresses. I am currently running WinXp Pro fully patched and just used Reimage to refresh the installation (problem was unchanged after Reimage).

What makes you think that the messages were not sent? Have you asked your mail provider if they sent them?

Seriously most failure to deliver, without any sort of errors, is the receiving server simply throwing the mail out as junk. Perhaps all of the receiving domains subscribe to the same spam service.

Thanks Matt. I appears you are correct as the problem "disappeared" several hours later - after a fair amount of thrashing about in vain attempts to sort it out. Thanks for the reply
