Hello, we have had issues receiving email from our clients. Some people have called and told us this. We also sent out an email blast linked to our info@riverstonesalonspa email and we have received no auto replies back which is rare.

Thunderbird downloads messages that make it into your inbox on your providers server. Go to your providers webmail page and check your account there. Maybe the providers server is rejecting them as spam. This has nothing to do with Thunderbird.
