Are you able to use the menu in Firefox for Android? On some devices, a stack of 3 dots will appear at the right end of the address bar to show the menu, while on other devices there is a "hardware" (capacitive touch) button near the device's home button to show menus.

On the menu, you should find Downloads under Tools.

Also, by default, Firefox uses the system download folder, so if you open the Downloads app that comes with your device you should find them there (usually).

Any luck?

Hmm, did you download them as separate files or do you think they might still be in your mailbox? It might be easier to look for them on a computer because then you usually have additional menus and filter options as well as sidebars to explore mail folders.
