I can't seem to get my bookmark toolbar to appear. I've gone to >customize > show/hide toolbars and it doesn't make it appear. I've tried resetting to defaults, I've tried unselecting it, restarting firefox and reselecting but am getting no where....anyone else experienced this issue? I'm using Windows 8 and firefox 37.0.2
