Office 2010 and Office 2013 are on my computer - when I use Chrome or IExplorer in Blackboard - I can open student papers fine in the "Protected View enabling editing" but not in FireFox - Word opens and the screen with Office Prof. Plus 2013 Configuration Process -and it takes forever and then it wants you to restart your computer - this is ridiculous and when it does restart and you are back again the same thing happens - it wants to forever CONFIGURATE Office 2013 - this does not happen in Chrome with BlackBoard or Edge or IE. What is wrong with FireFox?

Firefox is no help at all with these issues - I am going over to Chrome and Edge as my browsers to rely on.

You absolutely correct. Chrome is becoming my browser of choice. So disappointed in FireFox.
