casino software how do i get it to doenload and install

i try to download and install any casino software and it starts out fine then i get the message message

(this installation package could not be opened verify that the package exists and that yo can access it or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid windows installer package)

hi, i'm not sure if this is related to firefox in particular. if you are having troubles installing a particular piece of software please get in contact with its vendor directly to get technical support.

it is in the settings that much i know a few months ago i had them working just fine because i was able to download and install them just fine but in a few days i would get messages that they could not load because major files where missing that was after windows updates or mozillas i dont know where the setting is or what it is.
