Not sure whether this article was suggested during the process of submitting your question, but it's where I would suggest starting: Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page.

There may also be a program in the Windows Control Panel "Uninstall a Program" that you need to remove (assuming it's still called that in Windows 10).

Thanks for your help. Can't deal with it any longer. Loosing my mind.

Okay, hold on. Can you copy/paste some information into your next reply? Here's what I want to see:

Open the support information page using either

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

Scroll down to the Extensions heading. Then select using the mouse from extensions through the end of the table listing the extensions and copy (Ctrl+c).

Then click in a reply and paste (Ctrl+v). It will look a little messy but don't worry, we're used to it. Hopefully we can spot the culprit.
