While getting online through sign in via the internet (took the app.off my phone because it would drain my battery(phone) While in private message -myself and a friend_,I'm not given the option to send a message every other options available but there is no write a message send a message whatever

If you used Facebook app, for messaging you need the messenger app. Otherwise your can easily do it from your mobile browser.
