Why would after every update Firefox put me on Fire??? (version 46.1)

more options

I tried so hard not to contact you guys because your answer will be, start in safe mode disable all plugins etc etc.

After every update Firefox give trouble but this time it won't let me watch video on websites. After playing a video within minutes it get choppy and slow. My OS:windows vista, drivers, graphic card, video/audio codecs everything is up to date.

Usually I do not type hard words but sorry for that, if anyone got any solution please let me know.

Thank you

Where are you having the problem, some sites, many?

Firefox v46 had issues. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version 46.0.1

I also wait until the new version is out for a while

Can you pin down which player is having problems? Usually you can tell what player is being used by right-clicking it. Flash-based players usually have a short menu, often indicating Adobe Flash on the bottom line. Firefox's built-in HTML5 player typically has a longer menu with more of the familiar Firefox entries.

For Flash video getting choppy and slow after a couple minutes, I don't have any other suggestions, but perhaps another volunteer will have an idea.
