I know two location Firefox keep the user's private data.

Users/Username/AppData/Local/
Users/Username/Appdata/Roaming/

I delete the folders every time after uninstalling Firefox but it seems to still able to pull data (password, bookmarks, add ons, etc) out of nowhere next time I install the browser. I don't use Firefox Account so nothing is backed up online.

Where else does Firefox save my data??

Interesting. Are you using sync? Shut it down.

Why are you totally removing Firefox?

Use these links to create a new clean profile. Do not remove the old profile at this time.

Ordinary installs do not remove the profile. That is fairly standard with removing anything. It allows you to reinsy\tall without losing setings and data. If you uninstall Firefox and then reinstall it; Firefox is able to pick up the old settings etc. The profile is where the bookmarks etc are kept. See

If you want to remove all traces of Firefox then take out the profile and the program files. (Firefox and related use may leave traces in the registry and cache, but if you are feeling paranoid you often find you leave traces everywhere.)
