hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

You appear to be using Firefox 44.0

So either you are really using Firefox 44.0 and need to update. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/update-firefox-latest-version

Or if you have Firefox 48 then perhaps your useragent in stuck at Firefox 44.0 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox
