When firefox updates to version 48.0.2 it includes hotfix which, when I enter a game, it makes the game very small and distorted. I restore to before the update and things are fine. I have removed it, uninstalled it and disabled it and it still leaves my games small and distorted! What is this hotfix add on and why is it necessary? I do not like it!

Firefox 48 crashes at startup if websense is installed. Right now, they aren't sure how to fix it. The hotfix was deployed to people using Firefox 47 and lower (down to 40) to detect if websense is installed, and if so, not update Firefox yet.

I don't see how it would affect game rendering. It's probably not the cause, considering disabling it doesn't fix the problem. :)

Hi mssypglt1, I'm adding your screenshot to this thread so we can keep all of the discussion of this problem in one place.

What if you adjust the zoom level on the page? You can hold down the Ctrl key and press the + key a few times, or the - key a few times, to see whether the Flash content fills the available space any better.

Thanks for your suggestion, but that did not work. Is there another name for hotfix that may be in my programs and features that I can uninstall? It seems to be included in the Firefox update 48.0.2 and no matter if I disable or remove it, the problem is still there. I may have to switch to IE because it works just fine!
