Thunderbird accepts contact data either as a text file (tab or comma separated) or as a vCard file. Can you export your data in those formats? Historically, in my experience, Microsoft products haven't been good at exchanging data with other programs but you might be lucky.

Yes; that worked! Thank you so much, Manchester Man. The fields differ between WLM and TB, so I have cleaning up to do, but the data is there. I used the text with CSV format.
