After installing Windows 10 Enterprise, Firefox behaves well only in Safe Mode.

If I start it regularly, all of the text and icons on a page or even on a tab's label are "fuzzy."

I have tried disabling/turning off all extensions and plug-ins myself, but it still happens. If I start in Safe Mode, everything looks OK.

Thank you FredMcD!

Turning off 'Use Hardware Acceleration seems to have done the job.
