When I had sent an email it shows in my "sent" folder. But if I want to forward that same email back into my personal email folder it shows that it was sent but does not appear in my "received" messages. I used to be able to do this...send myself the same email as I sent to other people.

I get my email through my internet provider which here, in the Tampa bay, FL, area is Brighthouse. They utilize road runner. Does this help?

Why don't you just move it from one folder to another?

Some email providers actively block copies to self, on the basis that you'd already have a copy in your own Sent folder. I don't know if this applies to roadrunner.

Do you have just the one account? It might be instructive to see what happens when you send it to a different account.
