Your latest update wiped out all of the bookmarks on my toolbar that I had built up over the years. You better have a backup for me to recover them from or I will never use Firefox again and will shift all of my activity to Chrome or Chromium. Tell me how to get to that backup or I am gone!

Sorry to hear bit It is not up to us to backup your files. Yes if feel the need to move to another browser we will be sorry to see go. The latest version of Firefox is 56.0.1 Help --> About to check as shows here you are running ver 56. Could yo also please get the Adobe Flash Uninstaller from here https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html as info sent with your issue shows Shockwave Flash 14.0 r0 Installed it can cause issues also a security risk, It will also uninstall Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 You can get the new version released Yesterday here : https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .)
