I cannot open links contained in incoming emails. I click where directed and a new Firefox browser open with the name New Tab and that is where it ends. No URL is displayed and the window just remains blank

Are you using Firefox or an e-mail browser?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
