How do I save save a web page and its links to 2, 3 or 4 levels?

It seems I can only save a web page as I see it. A long ago version allowed saving a htm file to many link levels. I would like to save to many levels for offline and in case the site disappears.

Is right click on a page and use the save page as what you are looking for or something else like saving a whole site like https://www.httrack.com/

Not fully following what you are looking to do.
