whatsapp link
A link like "https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=11111111" does not open in the browser. More precisely, it does not redirect to whatsapp, how can this problem be solved?
for one second opens https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone= with green whatsapp button but then redirects to whatsapp://send?phone= for an error in the attached image
in support of whatsapp said "we do not know anything this is a browser problem"
can I somehow solve this problem? It is very necessary to introduce this link to the site

Did you download that just a few days ago, if so could have been a hacked one. Can not find the story but google search was scary : https://www.google.ca/search?q=whatsapp+hack&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=LvsDWpeKBOSq0gKgl4u4AQ Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla before posting a question. This helps us help you. As I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues.
Well on this end it is their issue and they should provide support for it as they are suppose to do. Have you checked there support site for FAQ's
You also need to come up with the Extension page you downloaded it from as 2 many : https://www.google.ca/search?dcr=0&q=firefox+extensions+whatsapp&spell=1&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwieuePk9bDXAhVLsVQKHeFBB3kQBQgjKAA&biw=1366&bih=604
Mozilla ok.s the apps by the Developers to be used by Firefox and provides them with a website to distribute from.
We do try to help people out though. Please try : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes
Since I do not use it, no idea myself.

Yes, I talked with support and they told me two things - 1. it's not our problem, deal with browser support 2. you know, everything works fine on Google Chrome, use it.
BUT, I need to place a button "write in whatsapp" on the site, and site users should use the button. I in fact can not write "know, to contact us download at first google chrome"
I have included sending information to mozilla
And I just do not know what to do, that this link would work
Did you try : Please try : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes ?????
I have more if that does not work out.
