From Firefox Toolbar Click Bookmarks --> Show All Bookmarks --> Import Export Bookmarks then export as HTML. Have had mine since Win95

Possibly want find with out opening Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

You can find the Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ for 56.0.2 here. Wait till the 14th and Firefox 57 Quantum should be there instead of 56.0.2

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
