when start Firefox, multiple error-messages with "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible" are popping up 3 or 4 times then start. And also pop up that error message when i try to open a new tab.

i did :- deleted profile - deleted the profiles.ini file (same problem with new Firefox profile) - created a new profile with firefox.exe -P - deleted the mozilla folders in local, locallow and roaming - uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox

but none of those seems not working.am using Windows 8.1 pro

Do you have Kaspersky security software?

If you have then make sure to have the latest updates. Also update to Firefox 57.0.1.

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

more options

No . Profile folder named "n3axjeky.default".

following properties contains "profiles.ini" file

[General] StartWithLastProfile=1

[Profile0] Name=default IsRelative=1 Path=Profiles/n3axjeky.default

i installed older version Firefox (50.0) after this matter and its working fine. when updates are installed above error happening again and again .

No . Profile folder named "n3axjeky.default".

The entire path-to from C:/ to the Profile name is where the non-Latin characters would cause that issue.

Firefox 57.0.1 has a fix for that Bug. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/57.0.1/releasenotes/ Fix an issue with prefs.js when the profile path has non-ascii characters (bug 1420427)

Use Help > About Firefox to trigger a check for updates, if Firefox 57.0.1 doesn't appear tomorrow (later today) when you open Firefox.
