Hi Kevin, I haven't noticed any particular issues with the Windows version of the "Adobe Acrobat" extension (name no longer adds "Create PDF"). Could you check what version you have? The easiest place to find that is the "Troubleshooting Information" page. Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Enter

If you scroll down to the Extensions heading, it will be followed by a table listing your extensions including version numbers. Mine shows:

Name Version Enabled ID Adobe Acrobat 18.0.8 true web2pdfextension.17@acrobat.adobe.com

Addon problems are not something FF can fix. So what version of Acrobat are you using? And is that just at that site or all sites?
