This add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/findbar-tweak/ - has a feature to make the Find Bar global for all tabs in the window.

Not compatable after ver 58.

Sorry about that, I got a different message due to my using an ancient version of Firefox and I didn't read down far enough to see that it didn't work with 57 and beyond.

I can't find a newer, compatible version to modify the Find Bar to being global to the window.
