I'm a newbie w. using Thunderbird. I just installed it on my Mac running OS 10.11.6 and added my first email account.

I can send emails just fine. And when I receive an email it shows up in my Inbox just fine. But when I click on it to view it, the content window is blank. But when I PRINT the email, the content message prints normally. I deleted the message and then viewed it in my Trash folder and it still appears blank.

I rebuilt the Inbox folder as suggested in another post, but still have the same problem.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

UPDATE: I fixed the problem. I simply closed Thunderbird and then re-launched it. Content shows up fine now.

But this is an issue that may need to be addressed if other new installations experience the same problem. Thanks.
