No, we don't officially support win64 builds.

There's only nightly 64bit builds for Windows.

Unlike for Windows there are 64-bit Releases of Thunderbird for Mac OSX and Linux because they were actually needed. The unstable Nightly er Daily channel builds may have Wind64 builds but they may likely be more for QA and to catch breakage since it is possible to break Win64 builds without breaking the 32-bit builds on Windows.
