outlook/hotmail opens fine, then screen constantly flickers like something is trying to load then stopped; while scrolling in inbox or in a search of email titles I am constantly brought 'back to top' and have to quickly click an email to open it lower in the list before the screen flips me back to top. DOESNT HAPPEN IN OTHER BROWSERS
