Was that data lost on the other devices that you have connected to Sync?

Can you give us some information about what led up to that loss of your data? Such as reformatting your device or reinstalling your operating system? Or changing your Password for Sync?

yes my data also lost on the other devices. and i have reinstalled my OS.
