i'm using version 67.0.1 and PiP is enabled by default. there is no way to disable as the preference "media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.enabled" is not found in about:config .

right now i'm confused why this version have PiP as i think i read somewhere that PiP will be available in version 68.x ?

Hello badbanana,

Firefox only enabled PiP on Nightly, which you're not using.

If you are seeing PiP, it will probably be on sites like dailymail.co.uk and YouTube, that uses it's own PiP.

Firefox will indeed enable PiP with the release of Firefox 68.

Hello McCoy,

Is that so? I did compare it with IE and still don't see PiP working with IE if it's a youtube feature.

Not a big deal. I just hope PiP will come by default as OFF with Firefox 68.
