In trying to reset my password for connecting remotely to my employer, I received this message:

"Blocked by X-Frame-Options Policy An error occurred during a connection to preauth2fa.tuftsmedicalcenter.org. Firefox prevented this page from loading in this context because the page has an X-Frame-Options policy that disallows it."

How do I change the X-Frames-Policy so that my password change will be accepted and allow me to log in?

Firefox can't open that page in a frame because the website prohibits this via the HTTP response headers.

You can try to right-click in that frame area with the error messages and see if you can use "This Frame: Open Frame in New Tab" to get that page working.
