Right, so, this is genuinely a weird one - Wherever the bottom of my scrollbar is, whenever I scroll, it will have a tearing effect on the text above and below it- as if its trying to decide "Am I up here? or down here?" I have no way of capturing this via screen shot, I've disabled Hardware acceleration for a previous issue (Firefox would flicker on certain pages, and outright crash). I can't find an issue with my graphics drivers, as everything else runs and works as standard as normal. It's only firefox that has this issue, as Edge and Chrome work perfectly fine.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
