This happens if you run Firefox in Private Browsing mode as that implies that cookies are cleared automatically.

Check that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Always use Private Browsing mode; Never Remember History).

  • Settings -> Privacy & Security
    Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
  • remove checkmark: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"

Thanks. That is not the case. "Always use Private Browsing mode" is not checked.

Does your Firefox have any enterprise policies set? To check that, type or paste about:policies in the address bar and press Enter to load that internal page. (The first panel, "Active", is the interesting one. The other panel just has general information.)

Does yours say "The Enterprise Policies service is inactive." or is there anything listed here?

Thanks, No, no e.p.

Yes, generally on Custom and Block ALL Cookies. I bumped to 3rd party, was able to change the checkmark box and put back to block all. It remains 'un-checked'. That is strange, thanks for the input and the help.

Got any new info about Logins & Passwords being lost with 90's release. Just up'd to 90.0.1..
