Solución elegida

There is more than one volume slider besides the system volume. There is a volume for each application that is outputting sound. You could find these sliders somewhere in the audio settings. Another thing you could try is to see if local files (file:///) are playing audio because maybe it is a problem with the website or a DRM audio issue with your device.
