Startup background picture

On switching on my Windows laptop I used to get a background picture with several clickable links inviting me to a) Like or Dislike the image or b) find out more about it. (Pressing Enter brings up the Login password dialogue) Recently the startup background suddenly reverted to a bland graphic theme (see uploaded image). What happened? My default browser is Mozilla Firefox.

What startup? You need to provide a screenshot of the issue for others to replicate or know what the problem is.
