Second Gmail account issue
I installed the Thunderbird software on (2) devices to replace the Windows Mail product. On the first device (Windows 11 laptop) I was able to add all (3) personal email accounts needed (1 Spectrum and 2 Gmail). On the second computer (Windows 11 MS Surface) i was only able to install (1) Gmail account and the Spectrum account. The second Gmail account gives an error when it tries to verify the account with Google giving the error as follows.
400 that is an error. The server cannot process the request because it's malformed. It should not be retried. That's all we know.
Since the settings on both computers are the same for the account and both Gmail accounts work on one computer this doesn't make sense to me. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Make sure cookies are allowed in Thunderbird. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/automatic-conversion-google-mail-accounts-oauth20
I am on the following version 115.11.1 (64-bit) I checked the manual settings and it is set to Oauth2

Fine, even though that wasn't the question. Are cookies allowed?
Cookies are allowed.
Both computers were installed with Thunderbird at the same time, they are both setup identically and both had no issue installing one Gmail account. The second account was able to install on one computer and not the other.
And you have exactly the same antivirus installed with exactly the same settings? Malformed HTTPS requests are rather unusual and most often result from third party products editing their content. Antivirus programs are one of the things that regularly modify encrypted messaging between devices, another is malware.
