I was writing something in an online text editor. I use the symbol "«" frequently in my texts, and i never had an issue with writing the code to set it, which is Alt + 174. However, all of a sudden using Alt + 7 brings me back to the home page trough the link "About:home" and Alt + 4 Does something similar, but back to the page i was before. Is there a way to disable this? I didn't change anything in my settings, and this situation has made writing symbols that use Alt + [Number] incredibly annoying as i have to look for them in the internet and copy and paste them.

These are the supported Firefox hotkeys. Don't see what your listing. Any changes to what it's listed would be up to the site that you used to make the changes to Firefox to resolve the issue.
