Everytime I try to sign into my account at Alibaba.com Mozilla firefox crashes! It brings up a box that says Mozilla crash report. The signature number on the crash report is npww.dll@0x1634. Am I missing certain add-ons or extensions? Please help! Thanks

Hi Tanner, The problem is the plugin you do have.

You need to remove the plugin with the file name npww.dll. This may be called "WangWang Protocol Handler."

If you can't locate it in Add / Remove Programs, try disabling it in Tools -> Add-ons -> Plug-ins.

As a last resort, close Firefox, use the Windows search functionality to locate the file named npww.dll, and rename it to npww.dll.DISABLED

You can contact the vendor of that plugin for help with why it crashes.
