I use the mozilla plug in check every few days to be sure java is up to date and that flash is up to date and it has said up to date every check.

I found out today that java released an update back around July 10th.

Just posting to let FF and users know that the plug in check, at least the Java one, does not work properly.

Operating system

oops,

I didn't complete this properly. The plug in check did not show that I was using an older version all this time, even though there was a new version of java released on july 10th.
