Whenever I try to go to the internet I get the following error message: TypeError: verizon_DTFox.prefs is undefined All I have to do is click on "OK" and it lets me go to my homepage. It also does it when I try to open other windows within any website. For instance, if I am at Verizon's homepage and want to check out the news, I click on "News" and get that message. I have to click on "OK" and then it lets me go to the newsroom. On Facebook, for ex., if I want to check my messages, I click on "messages", get the error message, click on "OK", and then can go to my messages.
